Shipping Policy

Famibuy ships worldwide from famibuy.com. Our products include lamps, timers, and decorative home accessories, and we pack every order to survive long distance shipping while keeping the product presentation gift ready.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre orders, backorders, and high demand periods may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available.

Shipping methods

We use trusted international and domestic carriers depending on destination. Common methods include standard tracked mail, international parcel service, and expedited courier for selected markets. Available methods are shown at checkout based on the delivery region.

Estimated delivery times

Standard shipping: usually 7 to 18 business days

Expedited shipping: usually 4 to 9 business days

Regional fulfillment: usually 3 to 7 business days when stock is available nearby

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier capacity, weather events, peak shopping seasons, incorrect address, or remote area routing.

Shipping rates

We use general shipping rates instead of charging one specific country differently from the rest of the world. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and destination region group.

Standard shipping: flat or weight based rate shown at checkout

Expedited shipping: higher rate shown at checkout before payment

Multiple items: combined shipping may apply; final rate appears at checkout

Free shipping policy

Famibuy offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Free standard shipping applies when order subtotal meets or exceeds the qualifying threshold shown at checkout. For example, if the store promotion states free shipping over 49 USD, any qualifying order of 49 USD or more before discounts and before taxes receives free standard shipping.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. It does not automatically apply to expedited courier service unless explicitly promoted.

Free shipping applies to all supported markets serviced by our checkout, unless the destination is classified as a remote or non serviceable zone.

If a destination is remote, oversized, or outside our standard carrier network, a remote area surcharge may still apply even when the order qualifies for free standard shipping. This surcharge, if any, is shown before payment.

Free shipping is calculated on merchandise subtotal after applied automatic promotions but before coupon codes, unless the coupon itself states free shipping.

Orders that fall below the qualifying threshold after a return may have the original free shipping benefit reversed, and the standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund if required.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local consumer law. Famibuy is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to wrong address, undeliverable location, or unclaimed parcel, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees. Always double check apartment number, postal code, phone number, and country before placing the order.

Order tracking

Most orders include tracking. Some low cost standard mail options may have limited tracking updates. If tracking has not updated for several days but the estimated window has not passed, wait and then email customer@famibuy.com.
